So you were in Pavlodar? Which agency did you use? Did you have a good experience or did you find yourself having to pay out bribes right and left? (They never call them bribes; they just tell you a $50 passport for your daughter will instead cost $500.) I am hearing conflicting tales as to whether or not toddler girls are readily available in Kaz, so I'd be interested in your experience.
